Upon purchasing, I can send you a kit with everything you need to collect and return, a small amount of hair, fur, or ash.  All charms are encapsulated individually and any unused hair, fur or ash will be returned to you with your completed Locket. Only a very small amount of each is needed and is always treated with the utmost care and respect.

I am happy to advise and try to make it to your specific wishes but your piece is bespoke and unique to you and no refund, replacement or substitution can, or will, be offered.

IMPORTANT

It can be difficult to predict the finished effect of your jewellery due to the unique nature of the elements I am encapsulating in your jewellery.

• Hair – Our hair is as unique as we areWhite hair can become translucent in the resin, but do not worry about it not being visible. I have developed techniques which make sure your elements will always be visible. Hair colour will also ‘bounce’ colour and can alter the background colour.
• Fur – Fur can have a different texture and effect.
• Cremation Ashes – colours and textures will vary greatly, adding to the beauty of your unique jewellery.

**Please note…as with any resin piece, you must not get this wet and avoid all contact with perfumes, moisture, makeup or chemicals. Treat your jewellery with care for it to last and be enjoyed.

Postage/Delivery Options

When you order I will send out an element kit with everything you need to return your precious lock of hair/cremation ashes to me in a prepaid return pack. When your jewellery is completed it will be posted to you FULLY INSURED via Royal Mail Special Delivery. The cost for this is only £2:99
