There are several stages to making unique, handmade orders.

• When you place an order that requires an element kit/return pack to be sent to you (lock of hair/ashes/fingerprint kit/nose kit etc) – these are posted out via Royal Mail twice a week. Dispatched on Tuesday’s & Thursday’s. Usually within 48 hours of you ordering.
• If you require a faster or tracked delivery for an element kit please get in touch BEFORE ordering to discuss what’s possible.
• When all elements are returned and your order will begin to be made, you’ll receive an email with an estimated completion date & further instructions.
• When your order is completed and dispatched for delivery you will receive an email with details and a tracking code.
