Locket – Oval Sterling Silver with Hair/Fur

Dating back centuries, lockets have been given and worn as symbols of love.  Safely keeping hold of a precious possession, allowing you to take your memories with you, wherever you go.

This locket is a beautiful way to encapsulate a lock of hair or fur INSIDE your locket.  Safely and discretely encased in a high-quality resin, these unique, sterling silver lockets have space for you to add your own photo.

Please work your way through the questions to Impressively design your locket. Imagine your locket opening like a book – with a front cover(1), an inside right(2), and a back cover(3).  

Upon purchasing, I will send you a kit with everything you need to collect and return, a small amount of hair/fur.  All lockets are encapsulated individually and any unused hair/ash will be returned to you with your completed Locket. Only a small amount is needed and is always treated with the utmost care and respect. Before posting the hair/fur back to me, please ask for proof of posting at the Post Office.

On this locket you can have up to 20 characters engraved on both the front and the back.

This locket measures 3.5cm high (including jump ring & attachments), 1.9cm wide and 0.8cm deep, with a width of 3.4cm when open. Weighs 6g and is stamped with .925 (sterling silver). 

**Please note…as with any locket, you must not get this wet and avoid all contact with perfumes or chemicals.

All encapsulated elements will look very different & are unpredictable due to the unique and individual nature of the jewellery and its content. Results will vary depending on each encapsulation and the final appearance cannot be based on a previous photograph shown. If you have a specific look or appearance that you would like, please message me and make your wishes clearly known. I am happy to advise and try to make it to your specific wishes but your piece is bespoke and unique to you.
