Personalisation & Order Information

I confirm that all personalisation details, including engraving, wording and any other bespoke choices, are correct at the time of ordering. I understand that these details cannot be changed once my order is placed.

Returning Your Required Elements

I understand that, where applicable, I will receive an element pack together with a prepaid return pack. I am responsible for ensuring that all required elements are returned within 6 weeks of placing my order, so that my jewellery can be completed within the stated 28-day timeframe.

If my elements are being held in storage by Impressive Memories, I understand that I will receive an email requesting the information required to complete my order.

Looking to add an Impressively unique charm to your jewellery collection?

Imagine being able to wear loved ones personally written messages on your jewellery? A child’s first writing, a loved one’s signature…which would you choose?

All you need is a good clear scanned image from your original source. Please drop me a message to make sure your original source will be suitable before purchasing.

One example shows how the writing from a birthday card was transferred onto a charm.

The FRONT of your charm can have your handwriting message.

  • A small charm can fit 1 handwritten word or sometimes 2 (depending on the style/layout etc)
  • A medium charm can have a little more – approx 3 words? (depending on the style/layout etc)
  • A large charm offers more options – more writing (4 or 5 words) or less words that can be a little larger/easier to read.

It’s best to ask first…I’m happy to help.

The BACK of your charm can have a date, date and name or a word/message. (This is handwritten onto your charm by me)

  • Small – 6 digits
  • Medium – 9 digits
  • Large – 12 digits

If you’d like a necklace, please choose this separately and add to your basket before checking out.

 

All Impressive Memories Charms are made from sterling silver.  All charms are completed with a fully soldered jump ring made from sterling silver, and the Pandora style fitting is also sterling silver. Keyrings are metal
